I’m Mark Bayer. I Help frustrated workers Transition to their Dream Career.
Spending decades in a job that I loathed, trying dozens of things to change my career, each time failing and falling back into that familiar trap, I eventually took a leap of faith and discovered a way of changing my job, and transforming my life. Once I was working in a job that satisfied my sense of purpose, my whole life improved and I have been blissfully happy ever since.
By changing your career and working in your dream job, the cycle of unhappiness will end, and every aspect of your life will improve. I know because I achieved it, and every day feels like I won the lottery—because I’m doing exactly what I would be doing, even if I didn’t have to earn a living.
